In Turin, Italy, the Summer School of FA2023 and the Forum Acusticum 2023 took place between the 8th and 10th and between 11th and 15th of September 2023, respectively. They brought together Doctoral Candidates and their academic mentors to explore and deepen in different fields of acoustics. This academic rendezvous marked a perfect occasion to reunite both DCs and supervisors and profile the communication inside the IN-NOVA Project.

Some of the Doctoral Candidates attended the FA2023 Summer School, which provided a unique opportunity for the aspiring acoustic researchers to delve deeply into specific subtopics, such as Acoustic Metamaterials, Acoustic Product Design, Auralization or Psychoacoustics.
While the Doctoral Candidates of IN-NOVA at the FA2023 Summer School did not present their own articles this time, they found inspiration in the presentations given by their mentors and peers. These insightful sessions sparked their curiosity and provided valuable ideas, setting the stage for their future contributions to their different topics. The Summer School served as a wellspring of motivation for their upcoming research efforts.
